— No Returns or Refunds on Used Items: Once an item has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
— No Returns or Refunds on Special Orders: All special orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
— Unopened Goods: If you wish to return an unopened item, you must do so within 7 days of purchase. A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returned unopened items.
